So... we've booked! Now what?
Rachel Ai Studio brides receive fully custom service from start to finish. That means any changes, hiccups, questions, ideas that you may have will go into the design of your suite! From the moment you're booked, I'm your right-hand girl throughout this crazy process. Kick your feet up and let me handle the paper and details so you can relax and enjoy this special season.
The Sketch Stage
This is where we start to bring the vision to life in your wedding paper! After discussing your vendors, vision, and love story, I will put together a moodboard for your stationery. Whether you have a specific idea or no clue what you're wanting, I will work with you from the start to make sure we capture the perfect vibe for your paper goods! Once we are aligned on the direction of your suite, I will provide a sketch before we move into painting. This will allow us to redirect or pivot if you're not feeling the vibe, OR get your excited for what's to come (it's almost always the latter 😉).
The Design Stage
This is the best part of the process (besides opening the package in the mail)! After your sketch is approved, we will begin to paint! This is where everything comes to life. Once your suite is designed and painted, we will send over a proof for review. We provide unlimited edits (within reason) to make sure we perfect everything for your big day.
Delivery
Once the final design is approved, we will go to print! From here, we can add on wax seals, ribbon, custom calligraphy addresses, vintage stamps, and more to bring your suite to the next level! I can either mail you the pieces, or provide white-glove service so you don't have to lift a finger! Let me handle the postage, hand-cancelling, and getting the invitations to your guests safely.
The Final Steps!
Once you start getting those messages from your guests about your beautiful invitations, it's time to start thinking about the big day! There are a lot of small details that go into the wedding day experience, so don't let anything slip through the cracks! I'm here to help with signage, menus, name cards, seating charts, escort cards, thank you cards, and more!

How early should I book?
I recommend we get the conversation started around the one year mark for your wedding. Earliest is always better so I can block off time for the production of your paper! If your timeline is a little tighter, reach out and let's see what we can do! I try to leave time in my schedule for last minute brides, so I will always do my best for you!
How much should I budget for my wedding paper?
They say to budget about 4-6% of your budget for your wedding stationery and postage, and another 1-3% for your day-of paper goods. Most of my clients spend at least $2,000+ on stationery goods. Remember - your invitations are the first impression, as well as one of the only tangible goods that will remain after the big day!
How do I mail my invitations?
Many brides forget to factor postage into their wedding paper budget! With invitation suites, it is crucial to make sure you have the correct amount of postage for the weight of your suites. Check USPS for the current rates, or let me hand-cancel and ensure safe delivery to your guests!
