Refund policy

Most items in our shop are custom-made or personalized. Custom, personalized, or semi-custom orders are final sale and nonrefundable once your order has been placed. These items are made specifically for you, and cannot be resold or returned.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may request photos or additional details to assist with your claim.

For any non-custom products (such as ready-to-ship or non-personalized items), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
