Shipping Policy

At Rachel Ai Studio, we take great care in packaging and shipping your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once your order leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Shipping Process

  • We make every effort to process and ship your order promptly.Β 
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We encourage you to track your package for the most up-to-date information on its delivery status.

2. Shipping Risks

  • While we carefully package all products to ensure safe delivery, we cannot control or guarantee the condition of your order once it is in the hands of the postal or courier service.
  • Rachel Ai Studio is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

3. Shipping Carrier Responsibility

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to resolve the issue. We recommend using the tracking information provided to file a claim with the carrier.
  • In the case of damage to your order during shipping, you may be required to provide photographic evidence to the carrier for insurance purposes.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus shipping costs.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply to international shipments.

6. Refunds or Reshipment

  • As noted above, once an order has been shipped, Rachel Ai Studio is not responsible for issues that arise during shipping, including loss or damage. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing insurance for high-value items, as the shipping carriers may offer this as an option.

7. International Shipping

  • We currently only offer shipping to the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
